How to Use:

1. Click 'Add Subject' to add a new subject row
2. Enter your grade (A+ to F) for each subject
3. Enter the credit value for each subject (1-5)
4. Click 'Calculate CGPA' when done
5. Your CGPA will be displayed at the bottom
